[Franciscus grins as he nuzzles at Osomatsu's cheek, appreciating the kissing.]
I'm quite glad to hear that.
[Ah, and there's the clingyness. Well, Franciscus is certainly happy to lie there and cuddle with Osomatsu. Though, of course, this is a slightly different situation from their previous cuddle sessions. He wraps his arms around Osomatsu as well, though he does pull a bit to drag them towards the other half of the bed.]
Mmm...probably don't want to lie there for too long. This side's dry. [He's going to have to clean those sheets in the morning, but for now he can ignore it.]
[he doesn't want to move. he is boneless. so he's partially dragged, but pushes himself up to where the pillows are, flopping onto his side uselessly. in his mind, he knows he should clean up. but. hm. Osomatsu is so very lazy. he can help Franciscus wash the sheets tomorrow? later today? he doesn't know what time it is.
by now, Osomatsu's finally caught his breath. his cheeks are still flushed from exertion, but he looks satisfied]
You... were awesome. [then he notices the scratches on Franciscus' arms. ahh...] Sorry about... uh... that. [he's not that sorry]
[Well, it's still dark outside, at least. And the high from those candy buttons still hasn't quite worn off, either. Still, right now Franciscus just wants to hold Osomatsu close, and not do anything else.]
Hey, so were you. It takes two to tango, as they say. [He glances down at the scratches, rubbing one of them and then flinching a bit when it stings.] Ah...don't worry, they're just a little tender right after the fact. Besides, I like knowing I can get you to react like that. [Now that he mentions it, he looks down at where he was gripping Osomatsu's hips, trying to see if he ended up leaving any marks down there as well.]
[there may be a few bruises left there, yeah. no scratches, though. Osomatsu sighs, a pleased smirk taking over his face. he nuzzles into Franciscus, already considering more fun things they can do together. maybe not right now, but later!
he's still a bit too wound up to sleep, but resting is fine, just as long as they can touch. he's not the romantic sort, but he feels so warm, and loved, and that's everything Osomatsu's ever wanted.
with one more kiss to the wing of Franciscus' nose, he curls up, closing his eyes]
[Franciscus hums a little when he notices the bruises, running his fingers over them gently as Osomatsu curls against him. Eventually, though, his arm moves back up to curl over Osomatsu's side, pulling him closer so that Franciscus can press a kiss against the corner of his eye. After just watching him for a bit, Franciscus slowly closes his eyes as well, curling his body around Osomatsu's so that they're pressed tightly together.]
...love you. [It's a soft whisper, but he feels he needs to say it, whether Osomatsu hears or not.]
[he hears it. he's not asleep yet... and Osomatsu is... not surprised to hear those words?
but he's really happy. happier than he's been in ages.
he never hears those words from his brothers, of course. they all love each other, certainly, but they're silly, and they don't express it. the only time Osomatsu's heard the word love is in memories that aren't his, from his mother. so it's very special to hear them from Franciscus.
he sighs, nosing at his neck, and responds very quietly]
[Hearing that sentiment returned sends a feeling of warmth through Franciscus' chest. They've talked around those feelings before, but there's a different feeling from hearing it said out loud, from saying it out loud himself. (His younger self saying it doesn't count, in his opinion.)]
...stay with me, tonight? [He doesn't think he really has to ask-still, there's something to be said about getting explicit confirmation.]
Good...I'm glad to hear that. [Franciscus glances at the foot of the bed where the blanket's been rolled up. He should probably get it, but at the same time he doesn't want to separate from Osomatsu. Ah well, it's a warm night, they can go without just once. Franciscus lifts a hand to run through Osomatsu's hair as he continues speaking.]
Mmm...I'm glad you dragged me to that party tonight.
Ah...it does seem like almost everyone in town was there. [With all the neon, he isn't even sure who was and wasn't a normal townsperson.] Being with you was the best part of tonight, of course.
[Franciscus preens at that, just a little.] Oh, I'm glad to have provided you a proper climax to tonight's festivities, then. [He smirks a little. Yes, that was an intentional pun.]
[AH. Osomatsu continues to laugh, like he's an immature teenager. but then he settles and reaches for Franciscus' hand. with a sigh, he stretches out his legs.
here's where he should say something romantic, like "i'm so glad you are in my life" or "you make me happy" but Osomatsu thinks those are pretty painful lines.
so he doesn't say much. he just says]
Thanks. For everything. [for cartesio, for deerington, for the past, the present, and the future]
[that seems like a good note to end on. Osomatsu continues to grin even as he rests his head down again. he is finally starting to get tired, and he wants to sleep a little before the sun rises]
Night. [it comes out as a yawn, and then he goes quiet, completely relaxed]
Good night. [Franciscus can also feel himself winding down-probably the effects of the candy are starting to wear off as well. In the morning, he's probably going to be a lot more worried about how fast they were moving. But for now, he's happy to just rest.]

Like I'd go anywhere.
[he may have a lot of energy, still, but he doesn't want to waste it walking home. it's safer to be here together, anyway]

Yeah... It was fun! I got to talk to a lot of people, and got to be with you.

Of course. [a nudge] You were the highlight.

Osomatsu snorts because he appreciates the pun very much. what a good boyfriend!]
How long have you been waiting to say that?

Well, I'm glad you did. You brought a lot of things up tonight.
