[Osomatsu shrugs his shoulders, grinning slightly. he's such a weenie about pain, so Franciscus is right to be worried]

I'll live. It's not like I'd want you to do anything different.

[Franciscus looks a bit more relaxed and relieved at that.] Well, even so, the tea I'm brewing should help with that. [Even as he speaks, the teapot starts whistling, and he smiles, standing up to grab it. He takes the opportunity to walk past Osomatsu and lean over to give him another kiss on the forehead as well, before pouring out one cup for each of them.]

[just that tender touch alone makes Osomatsu's blood start to thrum again. Franciscus really loves him. he swallows a lump that catches in his throat and then moves to sit down. he'll have his tea first, then he'll clean up]

You know, even if it was the candy that made us act crazy, it doesn't matter. It's not like it forced us to do something bad. [they had both wanted it, after all]

[Franciscus brings Osomatsu a cup, sitting down to sip his own tea.] That's true, and I'm quite glad that we both turned out to enjoy it. But it still brings a sense of discomfort to know this place can affect us like that. We should probably be wary of such offers, if we return there again.

You're probably right. [a wistful sigh as he places his hands around the mug, warming them] I mean, considering the other stuff they've given us that hasn't been good... it's better to not eat anything we don't buy ourselves.

[Franciscus nods.] All the events set up here seem to have some sort of risk, whether directly or under a certain circumstance. [He sips at his own tea again.] Though I would like to add that I did mean everything I said last night, even under that influence.

[oh. Osomatsu sips at his own tea, letting the warmth flow to his aching joints. he closes his eyes, a serene smile on his face]

Me, too.

[For a while, Franciscus just drinks in silence, soaking in the warmth of the atmosphere around them. Now that they've cleared things, he feels much more relaxed.]

I asked for today off from work. So if you want to stay in, or go out together later today, I'm free.

[ah. work... Osomatsu hums in thought. he really should be searching for a job, himself. doing tricks with his new fire powers isn't going to pay the bills]

Yeah, maybe we can just take it easy? I'm still... Uh... My body's pretty tired.

[Right, that makes sense. The tea might help with the soreness a bit, but it's not going to be a cure-all.]

Of course. There's still plenty of movies we haven't had a chance to watch, after all. [Just cuddling some more on the couch sounds pretty nice.]

[that sounds really nice! Osomatsu continues to drink, slowly, enjoying the flavor]

Yeah, let's do that! Then maybe we can go out to dinner, or something.

It's a date, then. And my treat. [Franciscus moves his seat a bit closer to Osomatsu's, so that he can lean over to kiss him on the cheek.]

[it's always Franciscus' treat... at least it is for now. Osomatsu leans in, bumping his shoulder against Franciscus' arm affectionately. in a few minutes, he'll get up and shower. but right now, he just wants to sit here, enjoy his tea, and enjoy being with his boyfriend.

[Yeah, same here. Franciscus already got himself mostly cleaned up, but he was waiting for Osomatsu to wake up before washing the sheets. Still, for now he'll just bask in the company of his boyfriend and the knowledge that he has no obligations for today.]
